Nina is an award-winning REALTOR® and professional real estate trainer. First licensed in 1993, she has built her reputation on dedication and service to clients, extensive market knowledge and leading-edge technical expertise. She has been with RE/MAX since 1993, and has been awarded Medallion Club Gold Master Member, the RE/MAX Presidents’ Club, and the RE/MAX Platinum Club. She was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2003. An avid course-taker, a respected instructor and a passionate speaker in the real estate industry, Nina is the Founder of PRA® Training, with her top priority being  to ensure that unlicensed real estate assistants and administrators are given the training and skills to better serve the real estate profession.

In 2012, Nina realized that there were forces in her life pulling her in many directions, and that there was someone out there who could take PRA® Training to the next level. She found that person in Chris Newell, a well-known and highly respected real estate educator across Canada. In short order, PRA® Training was taken over by SMART-ER, the education company for which Chris Newell is CEO. The President of SMART-ER, Dione Rimmer, has been in the real estate services business for some 15 years, working as an assistant for most of that time. Together this dynamic duo is set to bring PRA® Training to REALTORS® and their assistants across Canada.
