How Licensing Works

SMART-ER owns full rights to all content associated with PRA® Training, and we have the right to license this content to others. Anyone using this content requires a license agreement.

A license agreement is a legally binding, written contract between two parties – in this case, SMART-ER as the content owner and a user. It sets out the terms and conditions under which a user can use the content.

Our license agreements are as distinct and unique as our business model. Geographical areas will have different needs and therefore may require a varied license agreement. Our goal is to provide a license and arrangement that works for both of us.

What Do I Receive as a Licensee?

As a licensee you will receive:

  • the use of the PRA® Training trade name, trademark and reputation
